Steps for Enrollment

  1. Schedule a tour (Both onsite and virtual tours are available)
     

  2. Complete the forms linked above (enrollment packet, registration form, child enrollment contract) and also the online family Procare profile
     

  3. Provide documentation: birth certificate, immunization record, and school health entry form
     

  4. Submit registration fee and completed forms
